Return
The Customer must check the good condition of the package before the carrier that, on behalf of KROXNE, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If, later, once the product has been reviewed, the Customer detects any incident such as blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping, the Customer undertakes to notify KROXNE via email in the shortest possible time. possible, preferably in the following 24 hours and a maximum of 7 calendar hours from delivery.
RETURN
I. Return procedure
All products purchased at KROXNE may be returned and reimbursed, provided that the Client informs KROXNE of his intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery and that comply with the rest of the conditions established in this section.
KROXNE will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.
2. The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be done with the box with which it was delivered, the Client must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the KROXNE warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
3. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.
In order to facilitate the return process for Customers and to be able to properly monitor it, KROXNE establishes the one established by KROXNE as the only return procedure. If the reason for the return is attributable to KROXNE (the product is defective, it is not the one you ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Products that have been reserved are subject to a 20% penalty in case of cancellation to compensate KROXNE.COM for damages and losses caused by said cancellation.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

Special cases (ordered products, products with batteries or discontinued products).
If you cancel or return an order that was made to order just for you (any product that contains batteries or its availability date is after purchase) or because it was not available at the time of purchase (any product that is discontinued or its availability date availability is after the date of purchase) you will get a bonus to spend the money on another product that is on the web. Warranty:

Each product has its warranty period established by the manufacturer as indicated in the product file on the Web, the warranty period ranges between 6 and 24 months depending on the product. The guarantee covers the defects or deficiencies that a product may have of origin, never those caused by improper use, negligence, ignorance or any other circumstance not attributable to the manufacturer.

Suggested preliminary checks before processing the guarantee of a battery:
Although we assume that one of the elements susceptible to a failure in the electric scooter's charging system is the battery, it is made up of various components that can fail such as charger, controller, as well as the charging port. CHECKS

The warranty for lithium batteries is 6 months.

If it is in good condition, the customer must send the collection or request the shipment at their cost. In the event that the factory fault is confirmed within the 6-month warranty period, we will repair the battery or replace a new battery if repair is not possible.
LITHIUM battery has been deeply discharged due to consumption or lack of charge and is not recognized by the charger (IT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY!)
In some cases of deep discharge WHEN THE LITHIUM BATTERY IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE CHARGER , most likely it has suffered a discharge due to some type of consumption or loss AND THIS IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
We suggest you try to charge it with an external charger for which you must FIRST connect the battery in parallel to another charged battery of similar voltage, and THEN connect the charger, since having zero volts, the charger has no way to recognize the discharged battery . In this way we are "trickling" the loader to start the process.
In about 15 minutes, you can remove the "donor" battery and continue charging the battery in question until charging is complete.
If the battery has taken charge, it is most likely NOT defective, and you will have to look for the reason for the failure elsewhere.
